Orders can be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, although this is usually quicker.

On average, the following shipping times apply:

• UK - 3-5 business days
• EU - 5-10 business days
• International - 10-20 business days

Delivery may take up to 28 days as stated by Royal Mail, however this usually is 1-3 working days. If your order has not arrived after 14 days please contact us.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect information.

Coffee orders outside the UK must be 500g minimum. 

Equipment is available for UK shipping only for warranty purposes.

Please be aware that depending on what you've ordered, you may receive multiple deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
