Returns

Coffee - If you wish to return your bag(s) of coffee for a refund it must be unopened and within 4 weeks of its roasted date. 

We cannot accept returns of bags that have been opened and photo evidence of this will be required.

Coffee bags that go missing during transit, we have to wait until 10 days have passed since the date of shipping to be able to further investigate the whereabouts of the parcel, at which point if the parcel has not arrived with you we will class this as lost and we will send a replacement order to you free of charge.

If the products arrive with you damaged from transit (Coffee bag ripped, opened packets or unusable products), we require picture evidence of the complete parcel and how it has arrived so we can claim damages back with Royal Mail. At this point, we are able to fully replace the order for you free of charge.

Accessories & Merchandise - Within 14 days from the date of receipt you can request a return for a refund/exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. It is up to the customer to cover the return postage and get the item(s) back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

We cannot accept returns outside of 14 days from the date of receipt and you should expect to receive a refund within 14 days of returning the goods to us.

Items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, damage claims outside of this period will not be considered and taken as acceptance of the goods.

Items missing in transit must be given sufficient time to investigate with the courier and a solution will be provided on a case by case basis based on the outcome.
